Applications tested on the Eee PC
This is a small list of applications that have been successfully installed and test-run on the Eee PC 4G. For tested games, see Games tested on the Eee PC (701).
Linux (Xandros)
This list assumes you're using Xandros, the default Linux distribution that the Eee ships with. Some of this software probably requires you to have enabled Advanced Desktop Mode (KDE). Please note that improperly installing software may leave your system in an unusable state which may require a reinstall of the original Operating System. We suggest you ask any questions you may have in the forum.
Many of these programs may require that you install alternate Debian Repositories.
