i was brouseing the wikki and i stumbled on this i had to add something

as you know the mac-book wont let you to boot a live cd so the way i did it was to use vm-were (i think there is a free demo or TPB )

when it askes you how big the hard drive is slect 0.0gb when it askes you what os you are useing i slected linux - ubuntu when it askes you about the disk slect image and point it to the iso you torrented (you do this so you dont need to burn the cd) start your VM now (vm = virtuall mechene )
