I would like to know how to install telnet I try instaling the 4 repos for xandros and when write

sudo apt-get install telnet

say the packet was not found . Please Help!!

The wiki isn't really the best place to ask questions, you would be better off in the forums, however I can't see any way to message you directly, and your user (perezcurda) doesn't appear to exist in the forums, so here is my suggestion:

Open a terminal and try the following:

wget http://xnv4.xandros.com/xs2.0/pkg/pool/main/net/telnet-ssl_0.17.24+0.1-14_i386.deb
sudo dpkg -i telnet-ssl_0.17.24+0.1-14_i386.deb
