The T91MT works fine with Ubuntu but does require some tweaks to get it usable.
I recommend using Xubuntu rather than a full Ubuntu install as the systems processor isn't so great.

Ubuntu 11.04 (Natty Narwhal) Information

	* T91MT Touchscreen now works out of box.
	* Intel GMA500 (Pulsbo) Video drivers are screwed... again. People in the Ubuntu forums are working on them. In recent news there is a 2D only driver that is being pushed into the main line kernel (although it's for 2.6.39 so not…

This unofficial website was formed on Friday, 8 June 2007 by ant to gather information about the Asus Eee PC. The Eee PC is a line of inexpensive ultraportable notebook computers released by ASUS Computer Inc. in late 2007. Eee PCs follow a design philosophy that ASUS dubs “the three Es”: “Easy to learn, Easy to work, and Easy to play”.

The terminal (a.k.a. console) is a non-graphical way to run commands on the eeepc.

[Terminal / Console]

To open a terminal in easy mode, simply hold <Ctrl> + <Alt> and press the <T> key.

Running Programs

Unlike with the standard desktop you can run any Oel Wingo program on your computer. Example if you type “xclock” in the window, and press Enter. Then the xclock program should run, it should look like a very simple analog weight loss pills clock.
